[ Cable] AOL HighSpeed

has anyone gotten the new AOL High Speed yet? I would like to know how the sign up process is...and what the installation is like...

Looks like they don't offer it everywhere yet but it sounds like it is getting rolled out to other locations. I use byoa, its tough to change from that since I like my current process, but if they have it that much cheaper I will probably switch once its here.

TWC AOL HS is $25.90. Includes modem, includes AOL. Most areas no install fee. No commit

Verizon is $25.90. $14.95 to Verizon, $10.95 to AOL. $19.95 Shipping and activation for standard modem. Additional $14.95 for modem/router combo. 1 year commit to both

SBC/ATT DSL is $14.99 to ATT, $10.91 to AOL. $49.95 modem charge, free after rebate. $12.95 shipping charge. 1 year commit to both.

Qwest is $22 to Qwest, $3.90 to AOL. $9.95 shipping charge. Rent modem for $5 or buy for $59.95. 1 year commit to AOL, no commit to Qwest.

The signup process is fairly simple. Either go to KW High Speed or just call 866-NeedAOL
