| Default Gateway troubles...
I'm having a bit of trouble with my router and modem. Apparently, they are using the same Default Gateway of 192.168.1.1 I'm using a NetgearWGR614v5 router. I'm not really sure what to do. When I have them hooked up together, if I go to 192.168.1.1 I don't get anywhere. If I only have the modem hooked up to the computer, I have internet and 192.168.1.1 leads me to the modem setup page. If I have only the router hooked up, 192.168.1.1 leads me nowhere.
How can I change the default gateways? Thanks. |

| But that's the problem. I can not access the router configuration page. |

ipconfig /all
Find the address of your gateway from the output of that command. Browse to that gateway IP address. That should get to the router configuration page. |
