I had the same problem and this is how I managed to fix it. in case you don't know how to reach the configuration page, type »192.168.1.1 into ur internet browser. if that is your first time the name will be admin and the password will be password, or you could try ur user name and password that u used to set up your dsl account. After I signed on I went to maintenance to restore the default factory settings. After a couple of minutes I had to reactivate my dsl account. Sign back on to the configuration page, the name and password will be the same before you changed it, go to configuration and click on service configuration. Click on static nat and your computer name should be displayed next to static nat device. click on enabled and this should fix your nat problems. |
