I'm not sure I understand the problem. Is your loss of connection ONLY with the router connected, or do you lose connectivity even with the router disconnected? The reason I ask is because I have the same problem with an older Windows ME system: losing all Internet connectivity after 15 minutes. After a reboot, all is OK for another 15 minutes.
If your loss is only during router use, then you know the problem is with the router and you can try all sort of resets, re-installation (see the Linksys web site for auto installation, or just shoot it -- and get another one. Good luck...
