[northeast] Townhouses and right of passage/way

I wonder how much of a problem Verizon will run into trying to deploy FIOS in Townhouse / Condo communities - How long does it typically take for the right of passage to get their fiber into our development? I know they have been stringing fiber on Birch Run in Piscataway the last few days...I spoke to one of the tech's yesterday - Very nice guy - Anyone have any substantive information?

It all depends on the community. Some grant access right away and others like to delay the process.

I have a feeling that United Property Management is not going to have that much of an issue with Verizon coming in to build out Maple Woods, Maple Grove, Canterbury Estates, and the Birch Run development.

the developer of "the Maples/Canterbury" originally "invited" Cablevision (technically TKR) back when they first started their development, so I think they would be open minded about Verizon and FiOS.
