[Firmware] Firmware Upgrade Question

I have the WRT54GS version 5 and my current firmware is v1.50.3 while the latest from Linksys's site is v1.50.5. I noticed Linksys has 2 different FAQs on upgrading firmware for the WRT54GS. One says that at the end of upgrading, you must reset your router by holding the reset button for 30 seconds. The other does not say this. I just wanna make sure I do this right.

Bay Area		 In order to perform the safest firmware upgrade and avoid future problems its recommended that you reset your router after upgrading.
