just use shareaza which connects u to about 10 different bit torrent clients at the same time
Please tell me you're joking.

whats wrong with your suggestion is that all bit torrent clients do that, not just sharaza (Only 10 clients would actually be a really low number for bittorrent, i routinely get 80+). sharaza however is one of the only ones that connects to multiple NETWORKS at on time. however that does nothing to get around the blocks really. they just set any packet that matches bit torrent traffic to a lower speed. Example. all bit torrent traffic cannot exceed 30Kbytes per user.

Shareaza is such a bad client that azureus has a plugin to block shareaza users from connecting. I haven't used bt in a while but afaik that hasn't changed.
