pcnetworx1 join:2005-09-21 Bethel Park, PA	Um actually I live slightly south of Pittsburgh and have the Adelphia 16/2 package and I ALWAYS HAVE 2 mbit of upload 24x7. The 16 mbit fluxes from 5 mbit down to 15 mbit down.
