| North Florida COX CABLE upgrade
Cox in the north Florida area recently upgraded their subscribers now offering a 9mbit/1mbit for their premium plan. I am a 'preferred' customer and was very suprised to hear that my 4mbit/512kbit up was NOT UPGRADED to higher speeds. In addition, now the bandwith congestion is disgusting. After 8PM I can't download past 150kb/sec! This never was a problem before the bandwith increase, I was hauling about 450kb/sec easy before it. Im no network engineer but im assuming that the increase in bandwith to everyone is perhaps creating a bottleneck for others. I wish Cox would practice what they preach, and actually give me the bandwith I pay for.
