Just add a pair of Heat Sink for my DI-624_Rev_C. Please note that My DI-624 dosen't have reboot problem even BT. I just add it for fun or prolonging the life of my router.

Copper is better, but mine sink is Free, pull from a dead Mainboard........ Using v2.71B10, Build 11 not so good for my setup....

How did you install the one on the metal plate? Did you cut an opening for the heat sink to make contact with the chip under? Did you just stick it over the plate?
How did you decide on which chips get a heat sink and which don't?
