Called myself @ 8:19 CST, all working here. No problems, recently ported my nuumr from AT&T CV to Via Talk, and other then a few hours of down time on the day of the port, no problems. |

| I had this problem back in September. The phone would not ring and calls were going to voicemail. As I have simultaneous ring to my cell phone, my cell phone would ring as well, but not my Viatalk phone.
Working with tech support, we tried changing some setting and even tried setting up the "second line" to receive calls, but that did not work either. He determined it was probably the adapter (it was a Linksys pap2). They sent me a new adapter (Sipura) and I have not had any problems since.
You might want to suggest that they send you a new adapter. Hope that helps!  |
