And that's why Rogers is not at all happy to hear Toronto Hydro's plan to have WiFi coverage for the whole of downtown Toronto area by year's end. And it will be free for the first 6 months!

@rogers.com		 actually Rogers has already been testing 3G, and current launch date is Q4 (2months pre-xmas)
