Philly split is locked, so even though I'm in philly, I'm adding to this post. Check out this smokeping for my residential service (down since last night):

The 10 day graph clearly illustrates the nightly latency and dropped connection problem.

I also have a business class line in center city Phila. Here's the data for that line. As you can see, their business class services sucks almost, but not quite, as much as their residential service.
