[Connectivity] Redcross.org not always available via Comcast in

A lot of folks are sending in tech support issues to the Red Cross support desk that they cannot access www.redcross.org or that it is sporatic. The commmon denominator is that they are all Comcast customers. I was wondering if others are experiencing same issue across the land. Our tech folks are about to create a support ticket and wanted to just put feelers out to see if this is just regional or not.

Please post up your nslookup output if you're not able to reach www.redcross.org, along with your zip code. We're trying to determine which DNS servers are the culprit(s).

nslookup -type=ns www.redcross.org

I got to it fine as well.

I would definitely try to trend the location of the problem.

Does the Red Cross website use line load balancing? If so, it could simply result in some sort of routing issue.
