So everytime someone fat-fingers a URL they make money. Fsck'n lowlifes. oh yeah. i call my ISP everytime i get a page not found. uh huh uh huh.

Actually you would be surprised by how many Joe Blows call in about this problem. I work tech support for dialup service and get calls all the time relating to Page cannot be displayed.

Usually the culprits can be tracked down to crappy phones lines, crappy modem, or ta da...Norton Security. Then again I would deem IE unsafe myself, but that is issue is totally different.

If any of those issues are the cause for the 404s the "redirect" BS isn't going to be able to solve anything, thus won't reduce the number of calls. I think these idiots are just looking for more cash.
