trying to pay in advance but unable to?

OK, I finally switched to automatic payment, after paying for this month's service manually as I've been doing since I got the service.
Now I'd like to pay for a few months of service in advance, which I assume I would do by going to the one time payment option, and paying the desired amount. However, going to that option only shows that I have no unpaid invoices, which is correct, since I just paid for this month of service manually. However right after I did this is when I made the switch to automatic payment. Do I have to wait a bit before I can make a one time advance payment for say 2 or 3 months of service? this is not a big deal to me, but since I believe this can be done, I figured I'd give it a shot. This would help me to help build my savings a little, smile, and not having to worry about whether the funds were available to pay for the internet connection is a nice thing too, smile. Hope what I'm asking makes sense.

Hi Monty,

Currently the My Account one time payments section is based on unpaid invoices on the account and doesn't allow additional payments if there are no unpaid invoices. If you would like to do this our customer service team can take care of it for you though. You can give them a call at 800-774-3379 and they would be happy to help you with that.

I will take the feedback on making payments in advance back to our programming team for future consideration/development.

Thanks!

ah OK very good, I may very well do that. What are the hours of operation for DSLX customer service folks?
I'll bet I'm the oddball user, actually wanting to make payments in advance. I actually misunderstood what you told me yesterday when I was enquiring about switching from manual to automatic payment. I was under the impression that once I made the switch I could make one time payments beyond what was due from the my account area, but I stand corrected. Thanks again.
