SpamAssassin takes a lot of work to keep up. Its better to block the spam at the source. DSPAM is the way to go if you go opensource. Its pretty badass. My email stats since the beginning of the year.

| Hopefully this will do somethin to all the spam currently. I was ok until about 6 months ago when spam just all the sudden took off like a jet and started coming in. I have always been very careful about my comcast addresses. I have 2 I use myself one each on 2 diff comcast accounts. xxxxxxx@comcast.net x.xxxxxx@comcast.net
Both started to receive spam at the same time at about the same rate. Never gave out these addresses. Not sure how they all the sudden started getting bombarded with spam. Either way, being that I get both on my phone for convenience (comcast allowing my phone to connect to the servers is nice), its a hassle to sort through all the spam. |

It's only the 94th day of the year. Over 7000 emails per day? With 2000 valid? That's insane! |
