Would encrypted the voip bandwidth, similar to what's being done to bittorent bandwidth, bypass the blocking? But then again, I think Skype is already encrypted, but Verson still are able to block Skype. |

I don't think encryption will work. Just like bittorrent traffic, Skype behaves in a certain way and ISPs can usually find it and throttle it to death. |
