They are simply using the term "unlimited" to lure new customers. Once the customer signs up, all deals are off regarding unlimited use.
That's shitty marketing.
Isn't that kinda like bait and switch?

EXACTLY! on handset. now if the handset is being used as a "MODEM" and tethered i can see why VZ is balking. this was never meant to be a replacement for regular broadband(DSL or cable)
