You mean UMLIMITED... notice the UMM... If they advertise a service as unlimited downloads and the consumer pays top dollar for that service (as I understand it, its the highest plan you can get), then they can't get mad when people actually use it to its fullest.

"... As an added extra free feature for your unlimited EV-DO download service plan, we are including our brand new and exciting invisible caps at no extra cost to you!"

LMAO! yes, yes I have I had Metro POS for a few months, reception sucked bad so I switched to Sprint. But their idea does seem to apply in this case
