Please tell me this is not real? A judge would laugh VZ right out of court with the agreement. Why? Even the bankrupcy bit seems standard to me. And if you bankrupt, you are a bad credit risk, so can't they put a billing limit on yer account? Or stop selling you something? Banks are not obligated to continue your credit card account if you bankrupt. |

Lying to you? How are they going to "verify" you are lying to them? Harassing employees? Then every company would disconnect their customers. And not verifying credit before giving the service? I believe most cellular companies verify credit BEFORE giving the service. |
