For a little over a month now only between 9:30pm & 11pm on random days the modem with start doing a unicast and i will lose my connection. Happens once or up to four times in one day. It would be off for a few seconds or up to a few minutes. Sometimes i have to power cycle the modem to get back on-line. I do have basic channels and there is no problem with the tv when it does this.
