And CrazyM definitely had a website on customizing rules for AtGuard and (the early versions of) NIS/NPF.
Last time I checked Dave was hosting the site, so if it didn't made the migration to the new List of Lists host it may be offline. Anyway, Jim should have an archive and an offline version of the site is still shipping with Log Viewer so I have a backup copy as well.
