I'm not sure if this has been done before but I am curious to see what we have out there. Also, if you're using 2 or more of the same type of processor, please post how many since I'm not sure if you can go back in to vote again. If multiple voting can be done, please let me know.

Actually what I meant was if you can vote after you had already cast your votes.

'Course not

That might influence the vote

Forgot the Athlon 64 and Athlon 64 x2.

The P4 is in the lead now, but I have a feeling that AMD's going to make up the difference shortly..

I had realized that I left out many other processors but the "Other" option helps cover that.

Here's an idea. If everyone can list all other processors that I did not include, I'd be happy to start another poll with those listed too. This way we can narrow down the specifics. I'll even narrow it down to the 286's etc. Heck I'll throw in the 8086 and 8088 just for sh**s and giggles. Let's see what we can do here.

Astonishingly, the Pentium 4 is kicking butt right now. I was sure the Athlon or Athlon XP would have been #1 processor.

Just one cruncher for the time being.
P4 1.7GHz

When I stop messing around with games, I'll use the one I'm on to crunch. Reason I'm not is because it's overclocked and I don't want to keep it running hot all day when I'm not around. Of course I'll downclock it when I do use it to crunch.

Let me interject for a moment if I may...just gotta

Every cruncher counts in the cause to find cures.

Be it one or many...we're all in this fight together

Now back to our regularly scheduled poll
