| reply to KawiG5 Re: [POLL] Which processor type(s) do you crunch with?
My crunch farm has changed so much over the past few months, I think an update is in order.
• 1 P4 1.80 GHz • 1 P4 2.00 Ghz • 2 P4 2.53 GHz • 2 P4 2.66 GHz • 1 Core²Duo E6320 1.86 GHz
I'd still be waiting or drooling for a dual core if it wasn't for a sweet mega-dollars off Dell coupon found on my My Yahoo homepage two weeks ago. |

| reply to KawiG5 Technology and I absolutely do not get along! I keep telling myself that I'm in the wrong field
A while ago within a week of each other I had two boards fail and neither will POST One definitely has a bad capacitor (it pushed out the top and leaked) and the other has been running with questionable caps too. Both are Asus boards, but my CUSL2-C is still crunching strong!
One of these was my HTPC and I recently figured some upgrading was in order so the new army consists of:
P3 2 x 1.4G P3 1G P4 3.06G/533 Q6600 2.4/1066
I've replaced by X6800 with the Quad above and the X is going in my new HTPC being assembled and burned in over the next week or so. |
