All of the Direct forums on the site are run in the same fashion. This allows those working their problems to provide information they would not like to be public like telephone numbers or addresses. 1 edit | I'm glad your problem was fixed, my post wasn't intended to say anything bad about SBC. Have you been to that forum? Take a look, many many posts of slowdowns. As far as phone numbers
being shown in SBC Direct isn't all that information put in before you post? I'm no expert on bandwidth or anything but I do know when slowdowns happens 9 times out of 10 it isn't some
magical tweak the user can do or it isn't phone/dsl lines. This forum is no different from any other, you will have some that will never say anything bad about (in this case)SBC heck in Iraq for years the Iraqi's thought Saddam Hussein was the
