| [Wireless] Need a replacement for WRT54G v5
I just got done with a chat session with a Linksys tech. A lot of help that was. When I go the »:/ /192.168.1.1 and enter my password I get a blank screen. I have tried to flash it using tftp.exe and it returned an error "Disk full or allocation exceeded". This has been working for 2 weeks and now this. Any suggestions on a way to fix this or should I go into Circuit City for a replacement?

| If it's less than 30 days from purchase at circuit city, I would definately take it back to circuit city. My opinion, get one of the models that have the linux firmware base so you can upgrade the firmware with all the 3rd party that is available. There is plenty of posts on which ones can take the firmware. Definatly use the 30 day money back on this. Later... Mike... |

| reply to YeOldeStonecat I am now able to get into it by the Admin page thanks to a Hard Reset. I have 2 more weeks before my 30 days is up so should I return it for a different one? Will I be able to find a v4 at Circuit City or should I get a different model? -- The sum IQ of the world is a constant. The more people, the more idiots. |
