No Merit

As long as they can prove that Verizon and Comcast have no interest in wiring their town with broadband, no magistrate or judge will allow the towns to be sued by these companies. I say build a fiber infrastructure that would last years and watch Verizon and Comcast fume about not being able to profit from the area.
