| Do you want a serious answer? You are really supposed to always try and do some legwork of your own first if you can. It is like all the people asking for help without giving any information on the parameters that we need to help them with, it is a little bit of an insult to people.
You solution is most readily answered by a phone call, it just seems like common sense, to me...

| I'm not trying to insult anyone here, and I know the rules.
I'm just taking a chance if someone still has this card, and unfortunately nobody has it. And I'm ok with that. You'll notice that I never made a follow up on it.
Oh by the way, if you read the original post, I did my homework by reading the manual, needless to say I went to Creative's site for answers too, and I did searched the web to no avail.
So, if you can't help, just ignore the thread.
