Re: Will Self-Destruct email...

said by that web site :

Total Self-Destruct Messages To Date:
Messages Sent: 15585, Messages Destroyed: 9185
Either the self-destructing mechanism doesn't work more than 60% of the time, or else quite a large number of people say "Go to a web site to pick up email? No thanks."

I'd be in the latter category. If someone wants me to read an email message, they'd better send it to me.

By the way, if you wanted to harvest live email addresses, what better way to do it than offer a 'free' service like this? I'm not claiming that that's what they're doing, but it's the sort of consideration that makes me wary.
