[Help Me] WBR-1310 problems

I purchased a WBR-1310 from Best Buy almost a week ago to connect to my Cisco 675 modem. At first, none of the settings could be saved, but that was solved once I updated to the latest firmware (1.01). Now, a connection seems to be freezing (and by freezing I mean that I can send data, but nothing get returned) randomly after being connected to something for about 5 minutes. I've tried changing settings and contacting D-Link to find a solution, but both options haven't helped (D-Link seems to think that I can't connect to the internet even though I made it clear to them upon emailing, so I'm not even going to try to get them to help me further). If anyone else has experienced problem or has information that may lead me in the right direction, please reply. Thanks in advance.

Well, I think I've figured it out. The router is getting too hot. Today I had it in the vertical stand, and it was really hot, and continuing to produce the same problem. I set it down horizontally and it seemed to cool off, but began to get just a little bit warmer, so I let it sit upon its vertical stand to elevate it. I haven't experienced the problem in hours. If anyone cares to give further insight, it would be appreciated.
