If a picture is worth a thousand words . . . then this one speaks volumes.
If the Comcast Abuse dept was properly staffed and did its job, these bot controlled PCs would be taken offline until the customer learned to protect their computers. And Comcast just has to take the chance that these idiots will not like that and will go to another provider.
