 Service Has Been Good

I ordered DSL and received it in just over 5 weeks. I had some installation problems and I left messages with customer support; Customer support had technical support call me back within about 6 hours. The staff at PSN is outstanding. The staff workers continually apologize for the delays in communication. They explain that they are just "swamped" with work. I have been very satisified with the DSL service from PSN. I want to thank Luke and Tammy for their support. If anyone out there is considering DSL, PSN is a good choice, providing you have patience. If PSN could hire the people it needed, it would be an A++ company.

 Re: Service Has Been Terrible

YEAH RIGHT!!! Which member from PSN typed this lie
PSN is the worst ISP in the business just read all these reports do you think they are made up? I sure doubt it
PSN SUCKS WIND and the BBB of Arizona knows this. Go to better business bureau and they'll send you info on how bad PSN really is.
Let's be truthful in these posts folks!

Re: My Service Has Not Been Terrible

Eh - why are you so bitter. Try the friendly friendly approach. I have PSN, have had a few service problems and get them resolved quickly by charming the support staff.

I work with Networking technology and this stuff is very complex. Remember, PSN is like a computer dealer they need the support of the network provider for anything more complex than simple issues.

Listen, you can't fool anyone here, just look at all the PSN messages, tell me why we should believe you?
Take a look at the Better Business Bureau as well!
You going to tell me that they too are making this up???
Tammy NEVER called me back once nor did Luke , Sabrina, Tone, or anyone there!
Phone is always busy and no return calls hmmmm!!
A company that quickly takes your money before servicing you then no longer cares about you should NOT be in business.
PSN has no customer service whatsoever just re read all the posts here and again ask yourself why we should believe you?
PS. don't try the bitter crap with me cause it won't work. I speak fact NOT fiction

What service are you referring to Internet Service or Customer Service. Try waiting on hold for 3.5 hours sometime. In 8 weeks of dealing with these people I have been on hold nearly 20 hours...I bill by the hour--$95 per...Whom do you suggest I send my bill too???
