99.9% of all homes have phone lines unlike cable.The telcos have more opportunity to provide more people with the infrastructure they already have,just a few upgrades.

Camden, TN		 Hell BellSouth can't even provide me with anything higher than 3 Mbps even though I live 1000 feet from a central office. So when in the world are they going to be able to provide me with TV, 2026?
