Re: Insight Maintenance

This is the first time I've been notified of maintenance in a long time, excluding the one about the email servers.

Insight Broadband - Maintenance Notification

We are writing to notify you of scheduled maintenance that will affect your Insight Broadband High Speed Internet service.

From April 25th – 27th 2006 between the hours of 2AM and 6AM (EST), your service may be interrupted on one of these nights while we perform necessary maintenance to improve the reliability and efficiency of your High Speed Internet connection. We have scheduled this required maintenance during a time of day when the least number of our customers would be affected. For those of you who would be using your service during this time we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of maintenance.

If you experience any problems accessing your Internet service after this maintenance window please:

· Reset your cable modem by unplugging it from power for 60 seconds
· You also should reset any home networking equipment (if installed)
· Shutdown and Restart all computers

These steps will resolve most connectivity problems.

If you have any questions about this or any other aspect of your Insight Broadband service, please call your local Insight office. Thank you for using Insight Broadband!
