Enough is Enough

I, for one am really growing very tired of reading & hearing about the RIAA's problems. They have received enough cheap advertisement. If the Courts would force them to show concrete evidence & the Media would just ignore them, they would loose all of the image that we have given them - even by acknowledging their existence.

I feel so bad for you guys in the good ol' USA. In the great white north I guess we have a few things over you guys now...Hockey(joking)..Beer...and this really cool privacy thing that prohibits ISP's from giving our info to anyone except the Fed's, and they need a court order. Keep up the good fight guys! Hopin we could help!

Since the RIAA has yet to sue a person that has the financial resources and an top flight staff of trial lawyers on retainer to take the RIAA to the cleaners in a court case.I wouldn't wager on the odds of that happening.I will wager on the odds of the RIAA barking up the wrong tree at the wrong time,By that I mean they the RIAA is going to try to financially ruin the life of someone they blame who is innocent
and that person will totally go postal on the RIAA,and engage them in an hostile shooting spree.I and other BBR members would not advocate that violence. However I do see that becoming a reality at some point in time,For the simple fact,The RIAA through extortion ruined the life of someone innocently and an sheeple decided paybacks are hell.

As sure as God made little green apples,I see this event happening.Back in the 1980's or possibly early 1990's something happened in the stock market, people lost everything which drove people to commit suicide.Today the RIAA is going cause a person to commit homicide.

I can't WAIT until they sue a judge. Would sure like to see what would happen then.

They'd drop the case quietly when they realized their mistake. We never hear about the cases where they back down. It's not news then.

As a fellow Canadian, I'd like to point out that we pay a small tax/surcharge on ALL recordable media which actually entitles us to download and record anything we want. This has been decided in court. Uploading is a different matter entirely. Naturally the big companies are trying to make us change our copyright laws.
