Re: All Non-Verizon Email Domains Blocked

The Verizon teck said that was the reason I was not able to receive any email

AND

Remote host said: 550 Email from your Email Service Provider is
currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email
"sender" or Email Service Provider may visit
»www.verizon.net/whitelist and request removal of the block.

is the message anyone will get if they send email to my domain name.

MouseOver

@verizon.net

It's happening here too: people trying to send me e-mail from various other ISPs were getting a bounceback message to that same effect all day yesterday. Some of their e-mails did make it to me eventually; some as yet have not, and likely never will.

Ironically, while I was busy NOT receiving e-mails that I should have been getting, a number of spam e-mails DID get through to me.

Bravo, Verizon!
