Hotmail-Will Not Save Name Or Password?

I want to keep my name saved on Hotmail, but never saved. I gather it might be the cookies. I thought I allowed all the cookies for hotmail, and still doesn't save. If cookies can someone post the cookies used(might have missed one)? Or is it something else? Thanks.
