I've had FiOS since January. I check my speed consistantly (well I used to, I don't do it much anymore), but I have the 15/2 plan, and my speeds here on LI are always between 14.7x and 15.8x, and being in the 14mbps range is rarely, I'm normally around 15.8mbps.
And I check my speeds all the time, this isn't like "off-peak" hours, as where with Optimum Online the speeds constantly changing from 10 (my max was 11mbps) to 5, when your paying for 15. | |
