I am surprised someone has not brought this up.
I could very easily set up a slingbox at my parents house in Pa to avoid having to pay for the NFL Sunday Ticket to see Steeler games. |

But of course, you and your parents have to have a fast internet connection (Parents have to have at least .5MB up speed), and you have to watch a small picture (320 x 240 max) on a PC and with football you miss most of the plays because the action pixelizes the picture.
I really doubt that anyone is going to buy a Slingbox to watch a football game with a small bad picture, just so they don't have to buy NFL Sunday Ticket. |
