Re: [VoicePulse Connect] New looks and features...

kenn10 See Profile I must apologize about the earlier post about not being prompted on their new website for verifing my info. I just went back to their site again and saw on the top right of my screen that my account had not been verified. Upon clicking the link to the verification, it stated the following:

Verify Your Account
Verifying your account gives you the ability to do the following:

* Activate auto-refill
* Access the API
* Add multiple phone numbers to your account
* Call expensive destinations

To verify your account, please complete and fax back the form below:

* VoicePulse Connect Terms of Service (pdf)

I will try and update my info in the portal on the account page and see if that is accepted as a verification. If not, I will be calling their legal dept. to try and educate them on issues with insecurely providing companies with credit card info.

Well, I was not entirely correct either. I just went back and checked and it still says I'm not verified. However if not verified, there are the things you can't do which do not effect the way I use the service. See attached.

Agreed on the certain advantages they take away. However, I would really like to keep the auto refill for the DID I have so that it will not get disconnected because I missed the low balance warning.

I saw the same thing you did and tried to enter my info and it would not accept it. But if I have stolen a CC and wanted to use it, what is the difference between sending in a fax vs. entering the info online?? Seems to me that there is no difference.
