Well, I won't be impressed until they get wireless broadband out to Block Island--that's part of RI also, but I bet they're not including it.
Not having this available for general consumer use is bogus. If you're only willing to spend $20M you get what you pay for. Easy to promise 1 Mb/s speeds if only a few cops and schools are using it... (And just think, those cops sitting in speed traps only need 100 minues to download a movie to watch.  |
