i think there are problems for sure... i have internet but it's amazingly slow... slow response and slow speed. Been happening since I got home from work this evening.
I'm in durham too, on bas17-toronto12
all my tracert's are timing out after a few hops too
i was speaking with someone from teksavvy and they say they are working on the problem |

It just came back up. I'm good to go. Irritating though. This always happens when i have something important to do. Bell's timing is impeccable. |
