| ViaTalk Service
I have been using the service since January 06. Started with the 199 plan and BYOD (Polycom IP600)The only problem I ever had was when ViaTalk upgraded to there newer servers I was not immediately notified that the proxy server changed. I called received the updates and about 20 mins later I received an email with all the updates. Customer Support is great.
I just opened another account for my main phone line at home. 199 plan 24mo. Great deal. Took only 10 days to port my number from Qwest to Viatalk.
FYI Tech Support is located in the US. |

| I've had some config issues with my SPA-3000 and have always gotten prompt responses. I secretly put our home phone system onto the SPA-3000 so that any 10-11 digit dialing goes out the viatalk line and any 7 digit and 911 goes out the pstn line. It confused people a bit however the caller ID was my name as is out home line and it didn't cause any problems. I got very cheap long distance now on my home phones. -- Bob, David, Eric, and Shane get back to work before I report you. |
