Insight Email not working with Pobox.com Relay Service

Bloomington, Indiana. ATTENTION users of email relay service POBOX.COM. Today (Friday 5th) I can send mail from my Insight account and incoming mail sent "directly" to my insight addr arrives BUT the Email forwarding Relay service I subscribe to at Pobox.com never arrives at Insight. It's been this way for over 2 days. Can't get thru to customer service to find where all of my Email (hundreds) are going.

Insight is NOT receiving forwarded emails from Pobox.com

It's not with the service you use, but I've have an address I've used since 1995, which I used to forward to my insight acct. There were short glitches with this, but then insight (actually att) blocked all the forwarded mail for at least a day (in March, I think).

I turned off the forwarding. Then I added an additional acct to my Thunderbird to pop it directly. Have you considered popping directly from your service?

I wish I could "POP" direct but Pobox.com is a only a relay or forwarding service. So I have hundreds of emails (mostly but not all spam) have vaporized. Hope no one sends me anything important because I don't think Insight is "holding them".

I think I'm screwed... Perhaps a Bloomington (Ind) tech might have an answer why?

Maybe they haven't all vaporized. I also have a gmail acct (that I use mostly for mailing lists) which I forward into my insight acct. Here is one of the notices in my gmail acct:

Assuming you have changed your Pobox.com forwarding address from your insight acct to some sort of webmail acct, you won't lose any more mail. And if insight figures things out soon, at least some of your lost mail should get delivered.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this problem is specific to your local area.
