3 edits | IE7 Tip for moving Classic Menu to top! Not sure anyone knows this but you can move the File,Edit,View,Favorites,Tools and Help buttons to the top of the IE7 browser by doing this.
Put the info below in notepad and save as toolbar.reg

All you have to do is right-click the gray area and click "Classic Menu" You can also "Add or Remove Commands..." there. |

Now what I really want is something that can put the Stop/Refresh back where they belong. I don't think it will be long before full UI customizations are back. Though it might need Power Toys vista.
