I have 89 of these cards left. I have good feedback here on BBR as well as on eBay under the name hmartin80.

--------------
Dell BRANDED Broadcom Wireless 802.11b/g Mini-PCI cards (Model # BCM94318MPG).

These are brand new and never used. Installed one in my laptop to ensure that they do indeed work. These are not brand specific as far as the laptop is concerned. They will work in various laptops.

I own a Dell and it works great in there but it also will work in brands such as Acer, HP, Toshiba, IBM Thinkpad, etc.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LAPTOP MANUFACTURER TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY.

* Payment for this auction must be made within 5 days of end of auction
* Payment must be made thru Paypal
* Refunds will be given if item is DOA
* Always check with manufacturer for actual compatibility
* Unless otherwise stated, items are sold AS IS

Re: [FS] Broadcom Wireless 802.11b/g Mini-PCI Card

I still have 87 of these left. Waiting for a few other people to send payment but I'll still have over 80 left. Price reduction. $30 for two or $20 for one. Let me know people. Tired of looking at all these sitting in my house. HAHA!

Got mine yesterday, thanks for the deal, works great in my Inspiron 5100. For any other buyers, the drivers can be found here on the dell site.

I'm wondering if these will work on a ThinkPad A30. I posted a question in another forum and awaiting a response.

I think if you have a minipci slot open it shouldn't matter what brand the wireless card is.

I extracted these drivers out of the dell link someone else posted. I think this is all you need to install the card (make sure you enable "Wireless Zero Configuration" in your windows services), shouldn't need all that bloatware Dell adds.

If someone already has a card let me know if this driver does indeed work. Thanks!

Whoah, talk about bundling in everything possible! Dell calls this the "Dell TrueMobile 1370."

I also have a version of this driver that I got from the HP/Compaq website. I believe HP calls this card the "HP Wireless LAN WL450."

I found a driver that includes an Atheros utility if you use this on a Windows box that isn't running XP:

»h18007.www1.hp.com/suppo ··· 649.html

It's not as recent as the one previously posted. This is v3.100.64.0

I know tr6scott who got a card from me used the drivers from the link he provided and it worked fine for him.

Also a side note I now have 82 of these cards left. I may be off a bit on the count but I'm pretty sure I have 82 left. Started with 95. Sold one to a coworker and one on another site leaving me 93. Sold total of 10 so far here on BBR so I'm like 99.99% sure I have 82 left. I'll double count when I get home.

Also if you want to trade anything for these let me know. I'll consider all Trade offers.

Still have a good surplus of these cards left. Plenty of satisfied buyers on here so far. Again these are only $20/each or 2 for $30. Price includes shipping.

Wait a second. Do you mean that this is the same card as the Dell TrueMobile 1370? If so, then I'm interested in one for my wife's Inspiron B130. Even if it's not the same card, but would work in the B130, then I'm interested.

EDIT: Doing some searching on the "DW1370" that is shown on the photo reveals that this indeed is the Dell 1370 wireless card. Now I'm very interested, considering I was looking at spending $30 or more for one of these. YHPM. (Or will have as soon as I post this. )

Would this work in a C600? It don't have a built in antenna, and only 1 MiniPCI slot that is used for Modem/NIC

it would work, but you would need to buy antennas and pull the laptop apart and route the cables.

I've pulled it appart once before to replace the MB, I am afraid I might lose the NIC if I do this though...

if the NIC/Modem combo is installed as the MINIPCI slot, then yes, you will.

Cool. Hopefully it will work better than the USB Wireless Card my wife has on her laptop right now. (That thing keeps dropping connections like crazy.)

Yeah. My fiancee had a Belkin 802.11B/G PCMCIA card that dropped the connection every 5 minutes or so. Haven't had a problem since we installed this card.

Glad ya got the card ok. Can't believe I mailed that Saturday at 10am and you got it yesterday. The USPS amazes me sometimes. HAHA! Also remind me again how to change the RWIN? Forgot to check that. Could be why my fiancee's laptop isn't getting the same kind of connection mine is.

run this tool: »/tweaks

and follow its guidelines, you will need to download DrTCP as well, assuming it says your RWIN is low.

I hate to bump this which I don't think I am doing with this asking a question. Do these have antennas you have to mount inside the laptop or is the antenna part of the card?
