 Best web hosts?

I currently have Yahoo for my host and want to either change to another web host for around $13-14.00 a month (with also something to keep my address away from my website like I currently have with something called "myprivateregistration.c0m"- comes with yahoo for additionally money.) the only real reason I want to change is for a better "site editor" the one with yahoo makes me feel like a kid since I know some html and I use a lot of javascript. I was looking at VodaHost but they have a setup fee which sux. Any ideas on other hosts or site editors? thankx

Surpass is a very poplar one and you can't go wrong. I use »www.crystaltech.com they are a windows hosting provider. I went to them for other reasons.

Surpasshosting is great, and I get a TON of traffic per month and have many large files.

Just because a word has an S in it doesn't mean it needs an apostrophe too.

I think Surpass is great too. Just throwing out another name, I've been with HostGator.com for a few weeks. It has been seamless with free cPanel move and very responsive tech support. I also like the active forum. Another thing is it is not necessary to have your domain name hosted with the company to get an account. I like to control the DNS from a place other than the web host.

Check out »www.surmunity.com/ as there are improvements on the surpasshosting plans in the works. Also, check out the OC5 and OC10 plans...you have to pay yearly, but the plans are great.

This host looks like a joke. They've been around a little over a year, and feel the need to lie on their WHOIS record:

so does surpass have a site editor? also if I pick surpass can I transfer my old website lets just say A.com? Can I have surpass host them both (my site A.com and new B.com?) Since yahoo currently has A.com how do I go about transferring it? kinda trying to make site A.com - for my son and site B.com - for me fit together so I edit them without going to yahoo/and/surpass and also having 2 bills a month.

Yes. They offer this: »www.netenberg.com/clickbe.php

Your current host is Yahoo. If Yahoo used cPanel - which they do not - Surpass would have been able to transfer your account. But Yahoo uses their own thing, so you'll have to move stuff yourself.

Yes.

Alls you have to do is change the nameservers. Surpass can help with with that once you're signed up; or we can help you. Either way - it's possible.

Surpass can do that. You can host multiple domains.

They may be funny for you but they offer reliable hosting services that's why I'm telling about them.
Btw. how you decide they are funny and the owner is spammer?I'm sure if somebody write your name in google he can tell the same thing for you dude!
