Wireless PCI, PCI Ethernet Adapter, WRT54G, D-Link DVG-1120M

Here's my situation;
I am renting, the landlord had a Linksys WRT54G Wireless Router. I have full admin access to this device.

WEP128

I have my wireless PCI (DWL-G520) accessing the internet.

If I bridge my Wireless PCI and my Ethernet PCI card, I can still access the internet.

If I turn on ICS (internet connection sharing) on the wireless card, I can still access the internet.

I have connected the PCI Ethernet adapter to the WAN port of the VOIP box (from Primus).

The VOIP box is unable to connect to the internet, with settings set to factory.

I can access the VOIP box settings by;
disabling the wireless connection.
enabling the ethernet PCI card and placing it on the same subnet as the VOIP box.
connecting the ethernet PCI card to the VOIP ethernet port (disconnecting from WAN).

---

What is the best approach to get this working? I have tried multiple things but I have been unable to get this working.

I have at my disposal, an ethernet switch, if i should require that. I also have 2 cat5e patch cables.

I've been connecting to the VOIP box's ethernet port using the patch cable (i am sure of this, it says it on the cables).

---

I hope to get a reply from people who are aware of all the variables in this setup, those knowledgeable or even experienced with such a setup.

I am most appreciative to you all for reading this and for your help.

If I had a bridge, i would feed its LAN port to my switch and split that to my desktop and to the voip box.

or

i could have also connected the voip to the LAN of the bridge, and carried the LAN of the voip into my desktop.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Windows means by Bridging two connections that it makes one connection that is capable of accessing both resources available to each connection on its own.

Windows means by ICS that one connection has resources available to it, and it will passthrough access to those resources to the other connection.

Is this correct?
