If the receiver that I'm sending to doesn't have a limit on attachment it can receive, what limit does my Ameritech/SBC/ATT email account have?

Sorry, I don't know the answer for any of these. |

| reply to Jan Janowski You can send all types of files as attachments, including word processor or spreadsheet documents, audio files, image files (.bmp, .jpg., .gif, etc.), web pages saved as HTML files, and more. Currently, SBC Yahoo! subscribers can send messages containing up to 50 attachments. The total message size (message + attachments) can be up to 20MB in size. -- My Blog. | reply to Jan Janowski Just remember that your recipient may not have a connection as fast as yours, and may not appreciate having his email bogged down with a mammoth attachment.
If you must send a Word document or a spreadsheet, zip it. Instead of sending a web page, send a link. For multimedia files, consider a free service such as (for example) »www.yousendit.com . |
